INSTRUCTIONS FOR DONORS (to make an online pledge)...
1. Scroll down and click the blue link below "Register Online" that says "10 Danskin Team Survivor Pledge Donations"
2. Complete the secure server transaction form that follows.
3. Type in the first and last name of your triathlete ("pledgee") EXACTLY as she instructed you, as well as her race city and hometown so she will be credited for your contribution.
4. Provide your own contact information so that we may advise the charities of your contribution.
FYI ...
* Pledges can be made in specified dollar amounts.
* Charges for this transaction will appear in the business name "VIRTUAL ROSTER ONLINE REGISTRATION" on your credit card statement.
* Don't click "send" more than once, or you will be charged more than once.
* Spell your "pledgee:" name correctly. If your "pledgee" told you to type "Susie" but you enter "Susan," or if her name is "Smith" but you type "Smythe," then your triathlete "pledgee" may not be credited for your donation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DONORS (to confirm that an online pledge was received)...
1. Immediately after completing the online pledge form, donors will receive an automated email to confirm the successful transaction.
2. The URL provided in the automated email provides a link to a detailed printable receipt.
3. Donors also may search the list of donors on the "Search Registration Data" list.

Type your last name in the text box, click the green "Search" button, and your name should appear on a new page under "Search Results." INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLEDGEES (to see if specific donors have made online contributions in your name)...
"SEARCH REGISTRATION DATA" = search by donor name.
1. Scroll down this page and look for "Search Registration Data." You'll see "10 Danskin Team Survivor Pledge Donations" in the dropdown menu.
2. To search for a donation from a particular person, type the name of the person you are checking for a donation from into the text boxes "Last Name" or "Team Name" - then click the green "Search" button. The donor's name should appear on a new page under "Search Results". Click the link for the donor's name, and you'll see basic details under "Registration Information" that confirm that the donation has been received.
FYI
* The "search registration data" function works immediately -- there is no delay once a contribution has been processed, and no need to wait for the next "roster update", which occurs on a biweekly basis (approx).
* If you aren't sure how to spell the name, type less information into the search string. For example, if you aren't sure if your friend would have entered her name as "Smith" or "Smythe" for her transaction, type "Sm" into the "first name" text box, and you'll see all donations made by people with first name "Smith," "Smucker," "Smythe" etc.

2. A new window will open. To search for a donation from a particular person, type the name of the person you are checking for a donation from into the text boxes "First Name" and/or "Last Name" - then click the "Go" button.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLEDGEES (to see all online contributions made in your name)...
"SEARCH ROSTER DATA" = search by pledgee name in the dropdown menu.
1. Scroll down this page and look for "Search Roster Data." You'll see "10 Danskin Team Survivor Pledge Donations Roster" in the dropdown menu; click the green "Search" button.
2. A new window will open. To see all online donations made in your name, select your name from the dropdown menu - then click "Go."
FYI
* A new page will open that shows the following information: Pledgee (your name), Donor First Name, Donor Last Name, Donor City, Donor State, Pledgee Race Site (city of the Danskin Triathlon you entered), Pledgee Hometown.
* For privacy purposes, the amount of each individual donation made in your name will not appear.
* Lists of online donors will be updated every two weeks (approx.). The date of the most recent update will appear in the dropdown menu under "Search Roster Data."
* To print your list of donors, click the red "Export" button (top right of screen). You may also copy/paste this Exported list directly into an Excel spreadsheet (each donor will appear on a separate line in Excel).
