DONORS:
How to Make an Online Pledge
1.
Scroll to Register Online; click blue link "10 Trek Team
Survivor Pledge Donations" to go to secure server transaction form.
2.
Type first and last name of your triathlete ("pledgee") EXACTLY as she
instructed you, as well as her race city and hometown so she will be credited
for your contribution.
3.
Provide your own contact information so that we may advise the
charities of your contribution.
FYI:

Pledges can be made in specified dollar amounts.
*
Charges for this transaction will appear in the business name "VIRTUAL
ROSTER ONLINE REGISTRATION" on your credit card statement.
*
Don't click "send" more than once, or you will be charged
more than once.
*
Spell your athlete "pledgee" name correctly, or she may not be credited
for your donation.

DONORS:
How to Confirm that Your Online Pledge Was Received
1.
After submitting the online pledge form, donors will be sent an
automated email immediately to confirm the successful transaction.
2.
The URL provided in this email provides a link to a detailed
printable receipt.

Enter your email address carefully. To ensure delivery of this
message to your Inbox, add virtualroster.com to your address book or list of
approved senders.

Donors may also use "Search Registration Data" tool.
"Search Registration Data" = search
by donor name.

Scroll to "Search Registration Data." You'll see
"10 Trek Team Survivor Pledge Donations" in
dropdown menu. Type your last name in the text box; click "SEARCH"
.
Your name should appear on a new page under "Search Results." Click
your name to view basic details under "Registration Information;"
this confirms that your donation was received.

PLEDGEES:
How to See if Specific Donors Made Online Contributions in Your Name
1.
Scroll to "Search Roster Data." You'll see
"10 Trek Team Survivor Pledge Roster (date of last update)" in the
dropdown menu; click "SEARCH" .
A new window will open.
2.
To search for a donation from a particular person, type the
donor's name into the text boxes "First Name" and/or
"Last Name" - then click "Go".

PLEDGEES: How to View All Online
Contributions Made in Your Name
1.
"Search Roster Data" = search by pledgee name in dropdown menu
2.
Scroll to "Search Roster Data." You'll see
"10 Trek Team Survivor Pledge Roster (date of last update)" in the
dropdown menu; click "SEARCH"
.
A new window will open.
3.
To see all online donations made in your name, select
your name from the dropdown menu under "Category Search"- then click
"Go."
FYI:
*
A new page will open that shows the donors who have contributed
under your name.
*
To protect the privacy of donors, the donation amount will not
appear.
*
Online donor roster will be updated every two weeks (approx.). The
date of the most recent update will appear in the dropdown menu under
"Search Roster Data."
*
To print a list of your donors, click the red "Export"
button (top right of screen). You may also copy/paste this exported list directly
into an Excel spreadsheet.
*
Lists of online donors will not include donations made offline.
